Clinician statement:
Helping others find meaning in their life is one of my greatest passions. Using dance/movement therapy techniques, the expressive arts, and talk-therapy, it is my goal to guide patients towards a whole state of being; body, mind, and spirit.

Drawing from 30 years of dance and movement experience, I hope to actively engage clients in tapping into the wisdom of their bodies to uncover meaning and elicit lasting change. I see my role as a therapist not as a teacher, but as a facilitator, someone to help guide you towards wholeness and greater wellbeing. My role is to facilitate a collaborative relationship so that you feel empowered to explore what’s holding you back and make positive changes in your life. Using dance/movement therapy and the expressive arts, I help clients take an active approach to their healing, both in and outside of the session.
